We need you to share your skills with us. Please join us in our newest plans to raise money for Worthington Parks and Recreation!
The Worthington Parks and Recreation Foundation is planning new efforts to raise money for the City of Worthington’s parks, facilities, and programs. We are forming four new committees to target specific efforts:
Donor tracking: Discover people who love our parks and want to donate to good causes;
Marketing: Tell the stories of the programs and facilities we support;
Event planning: Organize an annual fundraising event and celebratory events for successful projects;
Capital projects: Help identify and document the next major projects for fundraising.
All committees will include at least one Foundation board member to support the activities of the group. Volunteers can choose how often to meet. Time committments will vary throughout the year.

The Worthington Parks and Recreation Foundation was formed less than two years ago to raise funds, establish partnerships, and advocate for parks and recreation programs and facilities to enhance the lives of Worthington residents. The Foundation is led by an 11-member volunteer board of directors.
